What to expect from our first session:
I offer a complimentary 20-minute initial online consultation, during which we will conduct a brief assessment to understand your needs and goals.
This may be your first time speaking with someone entirely independent, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable and gain a clear understanding of how therapy can support you.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to explore the reasons you've come to therapy, your hopes and expectations, and any concerns or questions you might have. We will also discuss how we might work together and what a Gestalt approach can offer you.
If we decide to continue, we will arrange a regular weekly session—your dedicated time to focus on yourself and your growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together, we will work to build a trusting and supportive relationship that helps you uncover new possibilities and navigate life with greater awareness and confidence.
Training and Qualifications
My journey into the field of therapy began with studying A-Level Psychology, which sparked a deeper interest in understanding human behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
This led me to independently explore various counselling modalities, further developing my foundational knowledge.
I went on to complete a Certificate of Higher Education in Therapeutic Practice, followed by a two-year Diploma in Gestalt Counselling at the Gestalt Centre in London.
